Speaking of imagination…
Imagine if I could afford a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses. Which ones should I buy?
I’m taking opinions because I plan on finding a knock-off pair at Target. I go through a lot of them so I don’t mess around with the pricey ones.
In Florida, sunglasses are more a necessity than an accessory … especially if you have light eyes. The UV down here can be potent and the sun blinding. #soworthit
Some other healthy things I always like to have on hand:
This reminds me of that game where you stare at a collection of items for 30 seconds and then have to go and list what you remembered seeing. Team with the most items wins. Anyone?
ANY- here is what we have here.
Coupons. If you eat healthy, you spend more so clipping coupons is vital. I carry mine in my purse. I also carry a couple of disposable toothbrushes and dental floss. Those pills are Phazyme for the gas. I also carry a couple sweetener packs.
Kleenez, a Band-Aid, nail clippers an extra set of eyes (I am blinder than a blindfolded bat) and some drops (usually a tiny one in my purse).
Listerine breath strips just in case (I don’t do gum), a pill box of tylenol, a rubber band, a barrette and a tide stick that never gets used and not because I don’t spill…lol.
I keep vitamins at home AND at the office as I have a tendency to “forget” to take them and this way my punk azz has no excuse. I’ve been keeping protein shakes around and thank goodness I haven’t needed them in ages because they make me gag –except for Orgain. Apple Cider vinegar is something else I always have. I don’t know if it’s placebo or whatever but I have grown to love it. It stays.
I keep a container of nuts and raisins in my car at all times in case of emergency drops in the blood sugar or explosions of hunger.
I also like to keep some juice around usually carrot or green stuff like this. I mix it with almond milk (so yummy) for a quick pick me up and some extra vitamins and whatever…I really just love it because it’s delicious.
This one goes without saying:
Healthy for the body, mind, and soul. ALWAYS have. It smoothes the cracks in my soul. It’s pure magic.
I know…snooze. I should have let the prompt guide me to write something more than the obvious but I had to phone it in. Today’s been heavy. Hard. I’ll explain some other time.
However – since I’m posting everyday I figured why not share some other randulums of my everyday and see how that works out for me.
Randulums like this:
Yesterday I went shopping with my mom to help her look for dresses and naturally I did some browsing of my own…hence the MK shades and ….you guys….
I know…not for everyone. But they set my heart on fire.
While shopping the dresses with Mom, I decided to try on some ridiculous (for me) dresses for the pure joy of our amusement. You can’t take me anywhere.
This one was a stunner. Stunningly hilarious.
But the real find was a frock that actually caused me to say out loud “What in the actual…WHAT is this?” lol.
It had my name written all over it.
(heehee get it?)
And yes…frock is really the only way to describe it. You have to understand that this dress is Christmas pageant green velour…and just…tassels. That’s all. Tassels.
What do you think?
Mom and I had a great time giggling ourselves silly. The real crescendo came during the Spanx experimentation. I will probably remember that for life. It was classic.
After that I came home and wrote about pizza and other things.
Because life would be better with pizza.
That’s all for now.
